t=my tenant is trying to scam my insurance comp

after a problematic tenant claimed that her elderly parent had fallen down the stairs on the premises and hurt herself I turned over the claim to travelers, they had been working on the case and planning to give the plaintiff some money.

When I turned over the claim to them I shared a great t deal of info with them regarding the tenant who had similar type of law suits with previous employer and landlords and managed to scam their insurance companies, they were so blunt that we heard later talking to the existing tenants that they were knocking on their doors asking them if they were interested in making some money by faking injuries since they had(attorney connections)that would take on these type of cases.

There was no witnesses of any kind ,in fact some tenants saw the old lady carrying grocers bags on the premises few days later, if a 71 year old falls down 5 feet of stairs as claimed she won’t be out of the hospital for months that’s if she survived the fall, conveiniently the only witnesses are her daughter and son in law(the tenants) who really orchastereaed this by using their mom because they knew if they filed a claim with their past history (of scamming)it would be an uphill battle.

I was told by the insurance medical team that most of the systems she was complaining about were documented old pains and injuries from her past ,despite all that they are still entertaining the idea of writing her a check.

Knowing this is a scam how can I talk to travelers to express my disappointment for them not being aggressive enough in fighting this, after all it might be recorded as a paid out claim on my record ,possibly increasing my premiums and even might encourage other tenants to take similar actions.

Thanks
