Hi,

Our friends are moving bank to UK for a few years and in the meantime will be letting their house on long term let. They say their house insurance covers them - is this correct? I though that you had to declare if your home is being rented out to the insurance company, otherwise it could be void if a claim is ever made for damage to building.

Please help.

Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

That is true. Your friend needs to declare to the insurance company if the home is being rented out.
