Approximately 1 month ago I had a slip in fall at Ralphs market (a piece of lettuce in the dairy section). I was with my husband who was a witness, another man in the section as well as a an employee that was stocking. I had immediate brusing to my left upper arm as I tried to grab the cart to stop my fall, twisted my lower back and then klanded on my hip. I made my report with the mgr. of store who in turn made his report. I have spoken with an adjuster who said he had to do a folllowup report. As of this date, I have heard nothing.
I guess it is meaningless to Ralphs that I was bruised, and suffered lower back pain for over 2 weeks, lost a day and a half of pay and all the time involved.
Please, help me out here cuz I am ready to go nuts on the adjuster for poor procedure. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

Have you submitted a demand to the adjuster? Have you send in all of your medical bills to justify that demand? Are you done treating?
If you are expecting the adjuster to obtain all of the information then you can expect it to take more then 30 days. |

Exactly
You will have to be more proactive. Contact the adjuster again and submit all the proofs related to the accident. Call the adjuster and fix up a meeting.
