How to people convenced for insurance?

One of my friend is work as insurance agent start this work recently but he hesitate with any one during plan discuss how they can improve because very tough to do job in this type of situation insurance.

Actually she want to know about the quality of the insurance agent. that means while discussing with the customers how he should talk and explain about a insurance plans and all...this is what her question i guess..

I still don't exactly know what it is you are asking about.

But if someone is a newly licensed agent, they are supposed to know what to say to people. When they don't, that's a training issue. The person's agency or insurance company is responsible for that.

It requires product knowledge and the ability to read English language contracts. A person who lacks one or both of those elements should not be selling insurance to anyone in America, because it puts their clients at risk. If an agent doesn't know what a product covers, how likely is their client going to know what coverage they have? And if an agent cannot read English, how can they explain what a contract says?

As simple as this sounds, there are plenty of agents who fail both of those tests, but somehow managed to pass a licensing exam.
