If you have a insurance policy before you get married with your job and you then get married. Then you have a heart attack and die is there a certain length of time you have to be married before your spouse can get your iinsurance money off your policy or do your kidds gets the money?

It will be given to your beneficiary(may be your mom, dad) otherwise to your wife and kids.
