Have you ever given a cold caller business?

Hi,

If someone calls me out of the blue to try and sell me something, I shut down instantly. They could offer me the moon on a stick, the answer is always no, if they even make it that far. For me it's a principal thing, I didn't ask for your services, I have no idea where you got my number and there's absolutely no chance in hell I'm going to encourage your irritating unsolicited calls by giving you any business. Same with people who approach me on the street. Massive nope and move on.

However, some folks must go for these calls otherwise they wouldn't do it. Have any of you ever bought a product or service from a cold caller?
Please help.
