I need to know is there a compliance code to refer to when an insurance company denies the claim in error it is their fault, and they want to take up to 30- 45 days again to process claims. I thought they only had 5-7 days to reprocess when the error is thier fault. I know they use this tactic to prolong payments another 45 days.
