Hi, MARK. Welcome to the Insurance Forum. Do have to ask...are you working to get your own Insurance Company 'up and running'? Is this what you mean? Are you working on an Insurance issue in a 'personal' way? Well.....I just want to say there are SEVERAL knowledgable and professional people that will 'guide' you, either way. Hang in there.

Or is it that you've opted for a new insurance provider?

One thing is common to both the cases I must say...for both you need to do a lot of searching & then studying...but yeah the latter is a lot easier since the headache is with the other side..
