What type of insurance are you talking about first...auto, health life?

That is very important to find out. However, I think you'll be able to drop him from your policies, since he is no longer staying with you.

What is the legal status of your marriage with him? How long he hasn't been staying with you?

Some more information may help us to give you a better response.

Regards,
Juanita

Well, you can easily erase his name form the auto policy if he is not in the same household. this will also alter your premium rate favorably.

However, you may face the problem in dealing with the health insurance, specially the one with the employer. Some employer may not stop the benefit till you get divorced.

If he's not driving the car, and if she isn't an owner...need to be really careful with this...that's why we need additional information.

Hi yeah..I'd agree that more information is needed before we could comment further on it!
It could be a query in relation to health-care policies as well..I've come across pretty many health policies wherein the husband & wife have opted for a package in order to obtain an economical rate for both.

In due course of time, they might choose to include their children as well. So while signing up both may have to mention the sources of premium payment. I'd remember one particular case wherein the wife had to file for a lawsuit against her husband for not bearing the premiums. So, it becomes inevitably important for us to know which type of insurance is getting referred over here!
