Yes we need for information what kind of letter of cancellation you need. I think also that you have meaned a insurance policy cancellation letter.

you can just tell them you want them to cancel it and do not charge your bank anymore. and for further you also can ask them to issue some doc to state they have confirmed the cancellation .

The easiest is that you send them a email with your computer and tell them sortly that you would like the chancel your insurance policy immediately and to stop the insurance fees they charge from you.
