In the US you can sue any one for anything. It does not mean you have a legal basis to win.

Your question so extremely broad reaching and vague. to the point so that the answer is meaningless.

As tcope said you can sue anyone for anything. It is just a matter of fact whether your case holds water. Basically just because you can sue anyone for anything doesnt mean you are going to win.

What story?

Jrosen6, I think your query is incomplete. Please add the details to it.

In the state of Florida does your brand new car need inspection?

Florida did away with all emission and safety inspections many years ago.

We are in our seveneties with severe medical problems.& our insurance company conjured up false non-payment claims against us . It appears they simply did not want to continue paying for medical costs. Do we have a case?

First, see my sig.

Why the difference... that is what you need to find out. I could charge $1,000,000 for that same repair. My guess is probably that the shop allowed for OEM parts and the insurance company only allowed for after market or salvage parts. There is also probably a difference in repair time. Give the shop the appraisers report and see if they can repair the vehicle for that amount. Ask the shop what the difference is.

I pulled up to a yellow light and stopped and waited for it to cycle back to me. I looked up the light was green there were no cars in front of me. And I started a legal uturn as I was turning a cars side bar hit my front end. He apologized and said he could not see the light because the sun was in his eyes. Now get this my insurance company said he could not have passed three lanes of traffic and paid him out against my protest and told me there was nothing I could do about it. What can I do. Question

First... YOU COULD READ MY SIG... from the prior post!

Second... where was this person coming from... they sky? You really explained very little about the relationship of the vehicles and what happened in the accident. But what can you do about your carrier paying for the other person's damages? Next to nothing. It's their choice. You can also know that most carriers won't pay something unless it's owed.
