New funding was included in a war spending package totaling some 120 billion dollars that lawmakers hope will win President Bush''s signature by week''s end. More than a dozen states -- including Maine -- whose children''s health insurance plans are running out of money may have gotten welcome news from Washington.

Yes I think all the Developing and under develop country should take the same initiative as Bush has taken for Iraq.
