Tompkins Insurance Agency Inc.—a subsidiary of Tompkins Trustco Inc.—has purchased the Potter Agency, whose office is at the Tompkins Trustco subsidiary Bank of Castile branch in Castile, Wyoming County. The Potter Agency's two employees have joined Tompkins Insurance.
