Your insurance company would surely reimburse you if you have your baggage loss coverage. Since you have not mentioned anything as to which state you are from, I would rather suggest, you go through your homeowner's policy and also check out the coverage that you have. It usually
provides the coverage for off-premises theft. Therefore, if your luggage is stolen, your insurer will repay it, less the deductible.
