How to find paid off homes in the area

Hi everyone,

I have tried a bunch of search terms on Google to try and find some sort of a "list" of paid off homes in a specified area so I can do some marketing via snail mail...I cannot for the love of life find any way of getting a list of paid off homes...does anyone have any ideas?

Hi tush, paid off homes as in homes with no mortgage on them...the owner has the title of the house as opposed to the lender having it.
