I have past my life/health insurance test When I applied for my license they denied me but they are giving me a hearing so I can explain my misdemeanor to the powers that be what advise do you give someone to prepare for a hearing

It took a while but I have a misdemeanor from 19 years ago for lewd conduct that was expunged, I finally got my license after 20 days of turning in my application

I have a seven year old domestic violence misdemeanor, I'm going to apply for the casualty and property insurance ounces and I was wondering if they would deny it in the state of Texas because of the misdemeanor.

I just got my insurance license in Ga. Just make sure you disclose the misdemeanors and submit documentation and a statement
