modified personal section

We have put the My Section in the place of Member section and added the logout option there. Besides the logout option now you can see your name and its linked with your home page. We have made some option more informative like Mailbox, Discussions Hope this changes will help you to while you are logged in. If you have any suggestions or comments, then please let us know. That will help us for further improvement.
