Good work Mac Smile the design is good...looking attractive.
But few doubts are there. Please make me clear. Some of the tools seems not related to the Insurance (I guess) or with the theme of the site . Is that so?

Hi Edgar

I agree with you. I have added some widgets which do not relate to insurance. We have done this in order to mix information with entertainment. As because insurance is a serious subject, some light entertainment might interest the visitor to navigate the pages.

Then you could make a separation. That will be useful not to mix it up.

Here's an idea -we can make a calculator that counts everything about the annuities.

The idea is good but I have less knowledge about that if you give me the formula for this calculator then I can prepare it for you.

Thanks

As I know I got a formula for annuity calculation

FV = PMT * [ ( ( 1 + i )N - 1 ) / i ]

FV = future value (maturity value)
PMT = payment per period
i = interest rate in percent per period
N = number of periods

Am I right cvetok ?
Do I go ahead and use this formula for creating the calculator ?

Thanks
Macmilan

I can explain everything about the annuities and give all needed formulas.
Annuity is a sequence of payments, for example to insurance company.
If client pays several amount S every year with a percentage rate of i% converted yearly, the value of this sequence for the moment 0-the moment of beginning of the payment sequence will be:
S+S*v+S*(v^2)+S(v^3)+S*(v^4)+..... , this is case when payment begins from the moment of writing the contract
S*v+S*(v^2)+S(v^3)+S*(v^4)+....., if the payment sequence begins from the end of the first year.
