Hi everyone,

I really appreciate the concerns of the members for such idiotic posts. Somehow it stayed for more time than it actually should have! I assure each member personally that such things would not be allowed to be repeated anytime in the future.

Thanks,
Lakemen

THANK YOU!!!

I once again thank each member of the community for their efforts in keeping the forums clean.

A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL. :D

Thanks Lakemen, for removing that crap. I agree that it shouldn't be their for that long but finally we were able to get rid of it.

This type of posters should be discouraged from posting at the budding phase itself. And we need to be extra careful from now on that these events don't occur in the future.

It seems that it has annoyed some of the important members of the community which is (at least according to me) quite justified.

This is an insurance community and we should keep our conversations restricted to the subject only. There are numbers of forums available online where you can share such stories/gossips, Ampminsure is certainly not that kind of place.

I liked the way all the members have come up against such unethical stuff. It proves their solidarity with the community and hope that they will continue with their association with Ampminsure.

I would like to request you all that in future if you come across such event do inform the moderators immediately. Don't forget that this community is our joint responsibility and we all should try our level best to maintain its standard.

Best regards,
Juanita

easymillions, One was a sexual content 'joke' about paris hilton...another was racist in nature.......I'm not leaving nor do I think ins maze will...speaking for myself anyway, I was agreeing with him (in theory) that I wouldn't want to associate myself with ANY forum that would tolerate such garbage, or allow idiot posters to post EVER again after such a thing...and of course the posts and the poster were blocked by lakemen. I think we were just making it clear that we wouldn't want to have our names or reputations associated with that type of behavior...and again, not that we (or i anyway) didn't think it would be taken care of asap....people get busy (especially this time of year) and maybe it stayed on the boards a little longer than it normally would, (and lakemen acknowledged this), but stuff happens, it didn't stay a week or anything...he got to it quick as he could...but all is well now... :D

You are exactly right Lori.

Leaving would just be giving in to the thoughtless people who have nothing better to do than sit around all day, either at home or on the payroll, designing ways to put "trash" on the internet.

Lakemen assured me this would not happen again and I believe that.
