as i noted today on my blog...here we go again between allstate and the florida department of insurance. seems like allstate is determined to make a profitable go of it in florida, despite suspensions, court hearings, etc.

allstate suspension was lifted by fla. commish...but he's basically keeping them on a tight leash.
