Hi everyone, I'm Rick.
I just joined the forum last night. I'm excited to join the community and have already learned a ton!
So I was having a conversation on Thanksgiving with one of my uncles who is an insurance agent and we talked about how important it is to build a good team to have a successful business. Right now, I'm still finishing up college, but I have definitely realized the importance of a good team with projects for some of my classes.
My uncle also mentioned that it's becoming really hard to find good agents to join him and even harder to keep them.
I was wondering if you guys have any insight as to why this is the case? For example, is it because people aren't as hardworking as they used to be?
