RV Insurance (Recreational Vehicle Insurance) is insurance for a motor vehicle used for recreational activities. The different types of RV insurance are: Motor Home Insurance, Travel Trailer insurance and Camper insurance.
A motor home is like a house on wheels. It is a vehicle designed to provide a temporary and movable living place.
Travel trailers and campers are units towed by a land motor vehicle and designed for recreation and camping. |

I feel that everything that is financed needs to have insurance. Just think of a situation where you would still be responsible to the lienholder when the trailer is damaged. Are you ready to pay out-of-pocket? |

Some of the great companies that offer Temporary Motorhome Insurance are Sureterm, Safe Guard UK, Frankpickles Insurance. Sureterm claims to provide great temporary coverage for up to twenty eight days. They offer coverage on motor homes weather the motor home comes from a rental company or borrowed from a family or friend.

Here are some info I found about RV insurance: Hope this helps!
All types of RV insurance cover at least the basics, while the different types of RVs will have specialized insurance to fit their needs. Your RV insurance policy basics should include: Total loss replacement, accessories coverage, fire, flood, theft, and personal items replacement. Depending on the insurance company, you may also have an RV insurance policy that covers such hazards as low branches, collision, and even emergency expenses. You'll often be able to suspend your collision and liability coverage while your RV is in storage, and of course, you'll want to get roadside assistance as well.
