Any adjusters here, have an opinion on using an online company such as SettlementCentral that specializes in offering forms, and template letters to use as a source of reference for settlement help in lieu of using attorneys? They claim to be made up of ex insurance claims adjusters and physicians. Ever dealt with a claimant using their forms?

I thought that might be what you were talking about, and that's not what it says or means...he didn't say this at all:
Did she really say, trust the insurance adjuster to tell you what your BI claim is worth?
All he is saying is he would deal with (negotiate) the claim himself rather than pay someone else some of HIS money to do it for him...However, I personally would trust dealing with the insurance company directly than using online forms.
