I have 5 years of documentation of actions taken to not pay

Employer hired a Plan Administrator to manage disability benefits.

Contract is between employer and administrator. Neither will provide requested information to ensure that I am doing what is expected.

I have all documentation, including the State of Kansas notes, SSA and my factual documentation which validates that Unum, not I has committed civil and criminal acts to do harm.

I discovered court cases about said company which parallels my personal experiences.

My understanding is that suing isn't necessary.

What can I do? They are not afraid of me and have no idea how there own employees provided inconsist information.

The reason I cannot work includes a damage nervous system...the stress to keep fighting for my benefits is taking a toll on recovery.

I am confident that my evidence will show the depth of deception they have used to destroy any chance of peace of mind.

I AM IN NEED OF MY INCOME, my husband lost his job too and we lost health coverage (for husband) who also has medical issuses as well (Lymes)

Other issuses:
GENEX
Forced to apply for SSDI (threatened)
Employer refuses to help me and Unum refers me to the employer.

No policy provided, no updates to policy after merge of Unum and Provident.

Conflicts of interests abound as well as actions which was the springboard used when what was promised (Unum) did not happen.

This is breaking me and it shocks me when I read the court reviews...Unum was in trouble before I even was hired and benefits included...
What is the next step?
