How much compensation should I expect from fractured foot bo

I visited a new movie theater the rubber and metal step moulding was not properly nailed down therefore when I proceded down the step the rubber step mouldinng caught my shoe which made me trip and fall down the steps that resulted in a broken foot bone, on my right foot. I have witnesses.

There is no way to know. It depends on the details of the injury, the extend of your treatment, your location, your age, your over-all condition prior to the accident, where the lights on at the time of the fall, should you have seen the molding, etc.

Yes, things can be different if the cause of the fall is related with the theatre owner's negligence. But as tcope has mentioned it depends a lot on the different other factors. It becomes important to know what the witnesses have to say in this regard. Also, I'd like to know if you have Personal accident insurance coverage.
