Called on Monday and was told you would call the patient or me. No one called either. Called today and got Cindy. She put us on hold.

This is how all people like you are treated. It's perfectly normal. What are you complaining about?

Thats normal with most of the companies, but depends on the agent, some fo them tell you why they are puttign you onhold and for how long Bad ones do nto care
