disability claim being denied by my insurance company. had

Posted: Mon Nov 09, 2009 1:52 am   Post subject: disability claim being denied by my insurance company. had    i had sick days left that i was approved for by my employer. original surgery date was for Oct 20th. There was a scheduling conflict the surgeon and he moved the date of the surgery to Oct. 21th. For that i am being denied my disability benefits from Metlife. will be out of work for 4-6 weeks. Posted: Mon Nov 09, 2009 7:01 am   Post subject:    It was not your choice to move this date, so I don't see any reason which you shouldn't be covered. Have a word with the surgeon regarding this change and see if he's willing to help you out.
