Irrevocable Beneficiary I am and my husband cashed it out

by judyflorida » Mon Nov 09, 2009 08:30 pm

His son signed my name. Policy was a 300,000.00 whole life.

My husband left me for 21 yr old (I am 51) he blew through all of our money and then cashed out our whole life. The money from it went into his sons account (18,000.00) I believe the money is gone. His son had the insurance company fax the papers to his work and signed my name.

What do I do?

I don't understand what the age of the woman your husband left you for has to do with your question. If his son forged your name, you should contact an attorney who should contact the insurance company to provide you with copies of the foresaid forgery and have it investigated. I am sorry to hear about your loss and any theft / crime that may have occurred here but who cares if she was 21 or 91.

sdkra . . .

I don't think the OP was inferring that the woman's age had anything to do with the question, it was just a statement of fact. Kind of like WC Fields' frequent rejoinder: "I'd rather have two at 21 than one at 42."
