Extension on Cobra Subsidised Insurance?

Posted: Wed Nov 11, 2009 5:04 pm   Post subject: Extension on Cobra Subsidised Insurance?   I can not afford full price of Cobra Insurance. Does anyone know if it will be extended or when? What if I go ahead & find other Insurance & then they extend Cobra? Posted: Thu Nov 12, 2009 10:18 am   Post subject:    The cobra coverage extension act '09 is meant to temporarily stretch 18 months of the continuation coverage period belonging to group health plans as mandated by cobra. The continuation coverage period would thus be extended to 24 months.
