they say it is not just a discount plan but it is like ins. but won't send info in writing without signing up

Don't they have any website wherein you may find more info on their products? Now-a-days, there are too many paperless offers...not all are bad! But yeah, you'd definitely need to know the offers inside out before you sign up.
