After accident my car was declared "total loss" by my insurance company. Insurance company offered me to keep the "totalled" car which i accepted. I then sold the car to a person and i did not signed the title. Now it is more than 3 months to this event. I dont know if he rebuild the title or anything about my car, am i in trouble or will be in trouble for handing over the title without signing, specific to this situation.

I think the car is now the responsibility of the person who bought it from you. The person could have checked the history of the car with the DMV.

This is more of a state/legal question then insurance related. I'd recommend that you contact your DMV office, explain the situation and I'm betting you can fill out some paperwork and transfer the title over to the person who bought it.
