Am i in trouble if i sold the car without signing it

Posted: Wed Nov 18, 2009 4:12 am   Post subject: Am i in trouble if i sold the car without signing it   After accident my car was declared "total loss" by my insurance company. Insurance company offered me to keep the "totalled" car which i accepted. I then sold the car to a person and i did not signed the title. Now it is more than 3 months to this event.
