| My husband was pulled over, for a suspended license, because of missed insurance payments, we are dealing with extreme financial difficulties, just not enough income right now, we tried to do a chapter 13, that was thrown out because of not haveing enough funds to pay any installment agreement. Is their a insurance company that could help us get out of this bind? and keep us on the road? |

The going gets tough if this continues. May I know which state you're in? Also, would like to know the time since when your license got suspended. _________________ Insuranceguy.ampminsure.org |

I'm sorry for you problems...I don't know a specific carrier that would/could help. Most states have a list of carriers or a program that help people who cannot otherwise get insurance. Check your states dept of ins web site.
Let me ask you a couple of things first..
How long ago did your husband get his license suspended for no insurance?
Have you had a an accident without ins?
Where was he going when he was pulled over?
Is there a lein on the vehicle he was driving? _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. | No carrier is going to insure someone with a suspended drivers license. If the person cannot legally drive, there is no reason for them to have insurance. |

At that point the carrier _should_ ask about the husband and want his DL info. If they know he is living in the household they _should_ refuse to write the policy or only right it if the husband is excluded (which we know from prior posts, most carriers won't write a policy with an excluded driver). |
