Garage Keepers Liability would provide coverage for damage to others property caused by the insured operating a customers vehicle. For example, a repair shop is testing driving a customers car and hits another car. That 2nd car would obtain coverage from the insured'd Garage Keepers Liability coverage. Damage to the customers vehicle would be address under the Garage Keepers collision coverage. All caps is considered yelling.
