Posted: Tue Jan 05, 2010 10:30 am   Post subject: The judgement in small claims court was that i pay $250.00 p   The judgement in small claims court was that i pay $250.00 per month totalling $2500.00 my question is will i recieve the pink slip upon full payment. i owe 3800 dollars according to contract. You state that there is a judgement. Judgement for what, and by whom and for what reason? The judgement is $2500, but you owe $3800. On what? On the contract...What contract/contract for what? Posted: Wed Jan 06, 2010 6:31 am   Post subject: funny   ok i see and i too surf the net at work when i can but anyhow my car was totalled and i had no insurance....well the small auto-dealer sued me because i hadnt paid my carnote. Instead i bout another car i never thought of not paying the dealer but i needed transportation. I was planning to start repaying in january (this mionth) but they beat me too it and sued me for $2500. now too my original post....will i recieve the pink slip upon full payment. i owe 3800 dollars according to contract. Posted: Wed Jan 06, 2010 7:08 am   Post subject:    What became of the vehicle? Was it sold as salvage by the lien holder? You had the opportunity to are mitigating factors in court. If the disposition of the title was not a part of the court case then I'd say no one owes you a title once the judgment is paid. You could always appeal and attempt to add in this condition. Posted: Wed Jan 06, 2010 7:40 am   Post subject: i thought so   but it wasnt until after walking through the parking lot of the court that i thought about it...because of the person representing the dealer stated that if i wanted to own the cari had this option (pay 2500 dollars....but the thing is it was never brought up in court. Really im just trying to figure out if the guy from the dealer is trying to swindle me. Whereas i pay the judgement fee and still do-not obtain the title.
