| I was driving my friends car and hit another car. I was issued a ticket for unsafe movement. The cop told me I need a certain letter from the insurance company but I do not remeber what it was called. I called the insurance company and they said that they would send the letter but it has been 2 months and still no letter. It happened in the state of North Carolina. |

| I don't know what letter either. If the carrier said they'd sent it, how about asking them what the letter was and why and go from there. If you don't know anything about the letter, how do you know it was not sent? |

Have you been to court for your ticket yet? If not what he meant (probably) was to take a letter to court with you showing that the other vehicles damages have been taken care of by the insurance company of your (poor) friends. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. Mr. VP...you are treading on dangerous ground..You are in NO position to be proud, disappointed, nor grade/gauge the quality of my posts, or anyone elses...I suggest you knock this off immediately...
This site is not here for your amusement, nor does ANYONE care to read your random opinions and ramblings regarding the post quality of others. You are in NO position to render such opinions.
You need to read and adher to the TOU (link at the bottom of every page)...STICK to the topic in the thread..Get over yourself, deflat that ego just alittle, and STOP the critque, of other posters, and where they post...
You are becoming a disruption, and rapidly bordering on a troll...(I'm NOT kidding. ). Consider this a warning...if you continue in this vein I'll have NO alternative, (for the good of the site) but to request that you be banned...Think it over. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake. It is the letter of liability issued by the insurance claim department which you need to present in the court. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |
