Posted: Sat Jan 16, 2010 3:15 am   Post subject: I have medical bills and the person who hit his insurance wo   I was in a sm car accident and recieved whiplash went to phy therapy and my insurance paid my mediclal bill but would like to get pay back from the other insurance that is responsible.
