| i am covered under another life insurance policy but i am no longer insurable, due to my health. my husband doesn't smoke, is a truck driver in very good health, 50 years old. can we purchase a policy for him thank you! |

| Yes, your insurability means nothing to him in the event he applies for individual life insurance. They are only going to underwrite him for eligibility of life insurance. |
