i am covered under another life insurance policy but i am no longer insurable, due to my health. my husband doesn't smoke, is a truck driver in very good health, 50 years old. can we purchase a policy for him thank you!

Yes, your insurability means nothing to him in the event he applies for individual life insurance. They are only going to underwrite him for eligibility of life insurance.

Yes, you can certainly get an individual life insurance policy for your husband. It has nothing to do with your insurability.
