i had a life insurance policy in the policy if i had terminal illness they suppose to pay 300,000.00 dollars i had cancer they deniied the claim.

I am sorry to hear about you. Did the company cite any reason for this denial? Maybe there was some error in processing your claim. If they have provided supportive documents then you may check them to see if the tests mentioned there correct. You may even ask your doctor for help. He may provide the insurance company with more information about your medical condition.

If covering for terminal illness was part of your policy coverage, then there is no way they can deny your claim provided you produce the right medical documents all other necessary information. Go through your policy terms carefully and ask your insurance company on what basis did they deny your claim.
