Suffering,pain, bills. I received a herniated disk, and back and shoulder pain in a rear end crash at a yield sign on 7/27/07. I only know that the truck behind me hit me. The police report, reported a third car was in fault and had no insurance but no one can find the driver.I have Allstate.Help.

Not a whole lot you do but file with your carrier if the driver can't be found. Of course if they do find him and he has insurance, things could turn around.

You are talking about an incident that happened way back in 2007...so what happened for so long?
If the at-fault driver has no insurance, you got to look for your own coverage. If you have uninsured motorist coverage, you'll be compensated by your carrier within your policy limits.
