| I have a leakage appeared on kithen celling,appeared when was havy raining that day.It is a house split into two flats and i live on the top floor.I have a building insurance,but i dont know am i covered in this situation.Probably the rain was getting through the roof.Any sugestions? |

If you are renting your policy will not cover the dwelling only your contents against certain perils...contact your carrier AND the owner of the property.
