i fell on black ice in a hospital parking lot while going there for care. the side walk was salted but not the lot , i have two wittness. The hospital also sent a letter to me saying they were sorry for my fall and would do what ever they could to help. I injured my shoulder , and neck, also tore a nerve and mucle in my stomach.i am self employed been out of work for 4 months. how do i know if my customers will return when i go back and can i add this to the law suit. may i also sue the property mantinace company

With this amount of damages I'd guess that a suit would exceed what is available in small claims court. As such, if there is a suit filed, you'd really need to have an attorney. If you have an attorney, you need to ask him/her this question (actually, he/she should have already considered this).Or instead of "lawsuit" do you mean claim? There is a big difference.
