When do a medical insurance cover dental implants?

Could you also advise me which medical insurance cover dental implants and in what cases do they cover them?

If covered, it would only be in the case of physical injury or congenital deformity that results in the need for "medically necessary" treatment. The need for teeth could be explained by the necessity of being able to chew food for nourishment. Could you be more specific about the type of physical injury we are talking about? I would like to know more about these cases of Physical injury?What are the requirements you need to meet so that the medical insurance would cover the dental implants.
