Posted: Wed Jun 09, 2010 2:19 am   Post subject: Companies appoint new agencies with no experience   Hello, Im in the process of starting my own independent insurance agency, but most of these insurers require experience to be appointed. Any suggestions on which insurers work and give direct appointments to new agencies(without being captive and excluding wholesalers). I'm also in Southern California.
