I had an accident in DEC 09 and now the adjuster is doing an EUO. after all the interviews, they claim that me and my friends stories did not match. they are saying that my description of the accident was different from my friends. now after the driver had his EUO done, his lawyer said he is thinking of canceling his claim. my lawyer said if am not guilty than I do not need to drop the case. my life is on the line now. the driver has a past history of accident claim, and their main focus is on him. anyway we were hit by a stolen car and the driver run away after. am seriously hurt ans so is my friends.

I have an appointment for a medical check up from my insurance company. my lawyer said I have to make that appointment, otherwise the insurance company will denial my claim and he will have nothing to back me up. now because of all this stress I am thinking of not going to the appointment and that will interned will lead to the cancellation of my claim. Am really tied of this fight. I am not thinking now. what should I do? I don't think I have to pay them back if they denial my claim or will they? also my ex said he told them that he called me from his phone but he forgot he called me from his friends phone that nite. now his phone recorde will not show that he called me. what will this do to the case. this si why I want out of this mess.

now we have been asked to pay the money back, we have not yet submitted any of the document yet and they have to a conclusion about they believe that by the measurement their mechanic gave them it was impossible fro the car to hit us. the difference was only 10inch and that is they conclusion. I feel just feel like these people are telling me that with my injury, the police on the scene, the ambulance we called was all lies. mean while we send them the ambulance bill for them to pay and they did not pay, the police mans drawing of the accident was also wrong. I cant believe these people are saying that these stolen car did not hit us. now I don't know what to do. I will not give them any thing because they own me.
