there was a suite filed and awarded by the missouri supreme court and i was sent a claim form sent it in and have heard nothing as of yet do you know who to contact about this

Could be almost anything without any info on what the suit was for. Search on Google. I tried but there were several class actions suits in MO against AmFam.
