Hey i was in a car accident and it was not my fault but i was given a ticket anyway.I have a claim and my adjuster told me she had pictures showing i wasnt in fault but she says someone over her cussed her out and i am in fault now.

Well, you don't give any details and you don't ask a question... so I'm not sure why you are posting.
What happened in the accident, what was the citation for, what are the photos of, who took them, etc.
