burst pipes caused flooding to 2 bedrooms and the ceiling came down in one water has destroyed a bed a tv 2 carpets a unit and the landing carpet and top 4 stairs should i start getting quotes

You need to call the adjuster at the insurance company and ask about coverages, if they have an appraisal and if you can start repairs.
