Homeowners as under your auto your cannot be liable to yourself.

Dear tcope, I have a small query. Supposing the OP caused some damage to his truck, would there be a possibility to make a claim under his collision and comprehensive coverage?

Yes, it would be a separate collision claim under the auto policy.
