I was recently denied homeowners coverage because of a previous lost of slabe leaks in the plumbing 3 each over the last 5 years. My policy was always renewed through my escrow but now bank of america has placed a lenders policy on my mortgage with no personal property protection or liability. My credit is excellent but can't insure my property that i purchase new in 1993. What am i to do or who can I get to insure us

My recommendation is to speak to a local independent agent. They will find you a policy. It will probably be more expensive then your last... but there is a carrier out there that will write it.
