Involved in hit and run several wks ago --officer made report--but only did a Narrative listing only vehicle's tag number and supporting details-but NOTHING on driver or owner of the vehicle; damge to rear exceeded 500/(live in At-fault sate)-not No-fault state), I only have liability as my insurer denied the claim? How can I find At-fault driver's/ or owner's INSURANCE INFO?

If it's not listed on the police report, call the officer that investigated the accident or that officers supervisor and explain that you need this info. If they handled the investigation then, by law, they should have obtained it.
I'm getting the reason it was a hit/run was because the other person has no insurance. They run for a reason.
